Nugget Casino Resort - Oyster Bar

We arrived at the restaurant at 4 o'clock, having made a reservation beforehand. We were seated promptly and received our order shortly after. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The price for the King's crab was $87.99 per pound, if I remember correctly. Luckily, they split it in half for us, making it easy to eat and incredibly delicious. In addition to the crab, we also received a soup and I ordered calamari on the side. I'm not a big fan of the tomato sauce that accompanied the calamari, as it seemed more like ketchup. I think a tangy marinara sauce would be a better choice, although the tartar sauce was good.

After a similar comparison of several local seafood pan brat offers, my friends and I agree that the nuggets oyster bar remains the absolute best in Reno/Sparks. the service is timely and polite, the broth is fresh and plentiful, and they fill their drink before they think to ask. five stars and highly recommended!

Great ingenious eating. I tipped the cook and the server. true comfort food! gumbo and fish, chips delicious. the prices are actually less than I would have expected for the quality level.

Beautiful experience and yeny was a fabulous server. garnel, lobster and crab cocktail, lobster ravioli with unexpected lobster cums, Boston-Clam-Chowder and calamari and beautiful large pour of wein.

My Dad and I have been coming in here for a very long time (turns out to be 20+ years). We've always loved the food and staff. Things have definitely changed now. The food is different, but still tasty. There's new staff, but still all wonderful and friendly hard workers.
