Il Castello - Soenderborg

Orders food online, where it closes 20:50, (trods google says 21:30), the money is drawn and we get no confirmation. We are 20:30 so we think we drive past after waiting 17 and see that the place is closed.

Il Castello in Gråsten Waited over 40 minutes for them to deliver and when the food came it was cold Even after contacting them was told that it was because they were busy and they couldn't hear because the food was cold Mega poor service from them, they have thereby lost a customer who otherwise used them a lot

First time ever I hear a pizzaman say 30 mins productiontime for 2 pizzas and a pastadish. Compared with Copenhagen its strange they put hollandaise sauce instead of bernaise on meat pizzas. Friendly, helpful, slightly expensive and at least twice as long making pizzas as the copenhagen standard

Super good pizzas and good service. Very recommended.
