SHORT INDIAN LADY!! SUPER RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT MISTREATS PEOPLE!!! Apparently she’s know for being horrible! I’ve been flying for 13 hrs I came to this shop at Ohare airport around 2:45am there was an Indian lady selling coffee to other people before me. Dealt with Ariel and she was wonderful. I would give her five stars. Unfortunately we had been delayed/cancelled a bunch and had food vouchers to use. Once I pulled out the vouchers her coworker at the next register loudly yelled that’s “not happening” and began arguing with us angrily over our cashier who was patiently trying to explain the process, she even asked him to please let her handle it. They were fast with my order and cashier was curious.

The short Indian lady was so rude, it’s only 4:49am on a Tuesday. She yelled at me when I asked for almond milk for my wife’s coffee. I asked the cashier (cool guy) to run back the order because I wasn’t gonna pay $35 for two small drinks and two sandwiches. The short lady yelled back at me the total, they added and removed munchkins (I never even mentioned munchkins) for some reason, and I ordered an iced chai not icy milk with pumpkin sauce. Yeeesh
