Qi Shan Sushi Qí Shàn Sù Shí

I was delighted to discover this hidden gem in Shenhe District of Shenyang. Despite its small size, the restaurant was bustling with customers when we visited in January 2020, but it was definitely worth the wait. We stumbled upon some amazing finds, such as lion's mane mushrooms, various storage powders and spices (including a fantastic mosque chicken stock), and a mouthwatering frozen soy-based fish shaped like a flounder (the Nori skin becomes a delightful crisp when baked). They offer an extensive selection of food items, ranging from snacks to frozen goods.
