We are disappointed that we will have to leave China before trying every dish on the extensive menu at this Buddhist vegetarian restaurant. We have visited three times and have enjoyed every meal. The 1000 Miles of Fragrance dish is especially outstanding, but everything we have tried has been delicious. The menu includes a variety of dishes, from salads to hotpots, and mock meats such as crunchy fish and traditional dishes like Gongbao meat. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with lots of plants, although some of them may not be real. Traditional music plays in the background, creating a peaceful environment. However, it can get busy during weekend lunch hours and smoking is allowed at some tables. For a more tranquil experience, we recommend visiting after 1pm or in the evenings. The service is quick and friendly.
