Kfc - Shawnee

I love good chicken sandwiches so I had to give the new one from KFC a shot. It?s good, lots of tender chicken on it. If I had to rank them it would be behind the sandwiches from Chik fil A and Popeye?s, but not by a lot.

Store was dirty. Service was slow. I was the only customer at the counter, and had a very simple order, 1 pc box. And they got it wrong. ???? They did give me an extra cookie for my inconvenience. So... There's that I guess. I was a little uncomfortable that they took my wrong food and put it back on the line to serve again. I touched it. And it went back in the rack to be re-served to someone else. I'm clean, but what about the other guy?

My experience picking a delivery from this store was awful. Despite patiently waiting for close to 15mins to be served, I was told to wait further so they can serve customers who came in way after I had walked in yet I was next in line. Delivery drivers are equally important as customers that walk in or use the drive thru. Whatever happened to professionalism????

Had the 3 piece combo and it was great. Tiffany was very fast and friendly. Loved the fact I can di e in.

The huh was terrible it looked like it was sitting among the lights for hours it was very dry and hard the so call manager did not and would not correct the problem so if they go after a doggie meal to kfc on shawne mission parkway they have many doggie meals
