Chili's Grill - Shawnee

Freund wanted company for a late lunch. chips and salsa served. they enjoyed a fresh salad and loaded potato soup. ate both with many umms between bits. later passed over chips and salsa to home. the dog bag has instructions on how to warn them new. the waitress was attentive to our needs.

We ordered two party chicken tablets, a meal and a few appetizers for a big family event. give them less than 5 star rating, as we get the right food, most of our order was no longer hot. a party tablet was bone-free with 3 different flavors, the other should have a taste sauce on the side. we received both tablets each with 3 different aromes, so we had to reproduce them the two thirds of the boneless wings that were the wrong taste. we understand that mistakes happen, but on such a big order it was disappointing that only these restored wings were hot by the time that we made it home. they were nice enough to keep us the flaw wings we appreciate, and therefore I gave a 4 stars instead of 3 stars.

Quite disappointed by her performance. I ordered the baked seafood pasta without speck. my man came with eating home and the pasta had speck over everything and they forgot to add in my garlic toast. is not ordered here again.

Our waitress, emily, was incredible! she was on the drinks our whole meal. at the end of our meal she realized that she served my daughter a similar pasta dish as the baked pasta dish that she ordered and packed it for her to go. great customer service! we're coming back!

Quick seating, the server seemed a little scatter brained.Wish that the manager who was walking around would help clear tables or refill drinks. The server seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables. No fault to them.The first serving of chips was 75% crumbs unfortunately.The margaritas frozen machine was down on arrival but they were able to get it up and going 1/2 way through our meal.
