Little Caesars Pizza - Savannah

I don't think my family and I will be returning to this place. The environment was not clean, and the staff seemed disinterested. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and I was ignored twice. I tried calling, but there was no response. Even when the phone rang, no one came to answer it. As I mentioned, the staff appeared unprofessional, with some young employees dressed in inappropriate attire, including someone in their underwear. The pizza maker was wearing blue jeans—when did that become acceptable in a public work setting? It was simply chaotic and poorly managed. As my husband always says, people seem to be more focused on just getting a paycheck than on their actual work. This reflects a lack of care and professionalism. I'm really disappointed.

Eventually, a young man approached me while wearing AirPods and just stared at me until I told him what I had ordered. He responded with a confused "huh" as I had to repeat myself. He didn’t even inform me whether my order was ready or not; he simply turned around and walked away after I provided my name. After waiting another 15 to 20 minutes, a woman who was also waiting with me learned that she could only get a refund because it was taking too long. When she asked the young man about the refund, he rudely replied, "I don’t know how to do that. I'm just here to make the pizza. You’ll have to wait for my manager." When she inquired about the manager's whereabouts, he again walked away without answering. Finally, the manager arrived and had to deal with issuing refunds while also managing other orders. The behavior of the young staff members was unacceptable—they clearly didn't want to work. It’s incredibly disappointing to just want to enjoy a meal and have to deal with such unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Overall, they have been good and consistent. Occasionally, they don't get the pizza made on time, but it's few and far between and I chalk it up to economic difficulties with staffing.

Extremely slow, extremely slow. Didn't acknowledge any guest and acted like it was the worst thing ever to serve someone. Would not recommend.

The pizza was excellent, and I accidentally left my credit card behind. They saved it for me and had it ready an hour later. I highly recommend this place!
