The Ice Cream Stop - Richmond Hill

This is the cutest little ice cream shop! They offer a wide variety of ice cream, including several dairy-free options. The staff is friendly and courteous. It's definitely a place you should check out, especially on a hot summer day!

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The staff was exceptional, and the manager, Caleb, was incredibly helpful!

I have been a regular customer for about two years now. I've noticed that the portion sizes can vary significantly between orders. For instance, I ordered two of the same items made by different staff members, and they were not evenly portioned at all. Additionally, when I walked in, neither I nor my baby, who was really excited to get ice cream, received any greeting. However, another customer who came in just two minutes after me was welcomed with warm greetings. I'm not sure why this happens, but as a customer, I found it disappointing.

The picture of the banana split was massive. However, the togo version was ???? sad. For 10 bucks, could have bought a half gallon of neopolitan ice cream, and syrup, etc.

Awesome experience and ice creams! Had way too much, enjoyed it all. The a&w root beer float, haven't had one of those in decades... loved it!!!
