Mate Factor - Savannah

One of the cutest coffee shops I have visited!! Coffee was really good and The Spinwich sandwich was amazing. Such cute vibes in here and the works were super sweet.

. Pleasant place for breakfast or the likes, friendly staff, good prices, cool spots to sit, patio out back. They have teas and coffees, veggie and meat sandwhiches and a variety of pastries. All very tasty. Felt a bit like Lord of the rings, great atmosphere

This place is a absolute hidden gem. You would never know this is a coffee shop. Inside has some very cozy places to read while sipping coffee or in my case tea. The sticky bun was absolutely delicious. The lady at the counter very friendly and customer focused. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. I kind of wanted to give this place 1 star hoping people wouldn?t come here and I could have this gem to myself ????.

Mate ' Factor, is Pleasantly Pleasing ! A very comfortable place to stop with outdoor seating and a gated covered area reminiscent of an old town communal kitchen. The service was excellent and contained some explanation of the lattes and pastry offerings. I went with the Mocha Mint Latte (contains green tea and agave). Awesome eatery with lots to choose from. Amazing sandwiches, teas, signature drinks and more. Can't wait to come back and try more offerings!
