It's Just Wings - Savannah

On October 15, 2021, I discovered this restaurant while browsing DoorDash, and I’m glad I did! My food arrived on time, steaming hot, and everything was exactly as I ordered. The flavors were fantastic, and I can definitely see myself returning. I tried two orders of 16-piece bone-in wings—one with lemon pepper and the other with mango sweet spicy habanero. The curly fries that accompanied the wings were also a great touch. I have to say, the wings and fries were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. This was my first experience with habanero, and it was delicious! The fries were crispy, not soggy at all. Plus, each order was neatly divided into two trays, which was very convenient.

I'm not usually one to complain, but my experience at "It’s Just Wings" was quite disappointing. First of all, this location is simply the Chili's on Abercorn; "It’s Just Wings" doesn’t actually exist here. Second, I waited half an hour for just two appetizers. All I wanted was some boneless wings to take home for my family—nothing excessive. About 25 minutes into my wait, I asked for an estimated time of arrival, and they assured me it would be out shortly. I understand that the service industry can get busy, but my food arrived cold—really cold, as if it had been in the refrigerator the whole time I was waiting. I paid $30 for a half-hour wait and received cold food. I ended up taking them home and heating them up in the oven to make them somewhat edible. I wouldn't recommend this place; you're better off trying somewhere else.

I ordered through DoorDash, and when I received my food, the wings were undercooked and almost raw. The flavor was awful—imagine biting into your food and seeing it barely cooked, with a hint of blood. I definitely won't be ordering from here again! To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue the next day, I was met with unwillingness to make things right. I had waited to complain because I was working, but I still had the entire plate as proof. Never again!

Ordered wings with extra sauce on the side and a dessert. The chicken wings were as dry as possible, no sauce on them, absolutely no flavor. They are using this restaurant as a disguise for Chilis. They are the worst wings I have ever had. Had 2 and threw them away. They also forgot my dessert and extra sauce.

I will never order from this place ever again! I ordered my food through Door Dash and this is the wings I received! Gross!
