Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I approached the counter to reorder for her since she didn’t enjoy the mixed flavors, the employee admonished us for "wasting food" because we threw away the first cup. I understand that prices are high these days, but I explained to him that she's only 7 years old and we are teaching her to order by herself. Instead of being understanding, he continued to lecture us about food waste. I recognize his frustration, but mistakes happen, and we only discarded one cup. We even mentioned we didn’t mind paying for it if necessary. Kids make mistakes, and after we told him she was a child, he should have let it go. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that getting upset over every mishap or change order wouldn't have been acceptable. She didn’t mix up her order on purpose or to harm the business, yet the way he chastised us in front of her clearly upset her and made her feel worse over a simple mistake. Now, I worry she might not want to order again, which was something we were actively encouraging her to do. Is this really how you treat every customer?
Hands down one of the best ice screen place, they got smoothie, milkshake, waffle cones cone, ice cream you scream everybody scream
We were extremely pleased with our custom order cake. The online ordering process was straightforward and allowed us to easily create the cake we wanted. Choosing a pickup time was also hassle-free. The cake turned out exactly as we had specified for our special event. Thank you so much!
Pros: Perfect ice cream, always get what I want, best for online orders Cons: Dine-in is too slow. I witnessed so many customers waiting like 5 minutes on busy days and once it's their turn to order, they'll also spend like another 5 minutes asking andhesitating on what they want. Many customers never know what they really want until it's their turn to order. The 2 staffworking there(there are 3 teens as staff now, boss not included since he works only few days) are young and take too much timeadded to those that waste too much time asking what is what instead of ordering. PS: I was on my way to pickup an onlineorder(marked ready) and received the call(I added a screenshot but I don't know why it doesn't show up) from Cold Stone Creameryto tell me that they're out of my items. I asked to make sure and the caller pronounced my name to verify that it's me. I wasalready there, so I went in and I was given my correct order. I looked at the phone number that called me and noticed that itwas from New Jersey(I use my earbuds to pickup calls while driving, so I didn't focus on the caller). I don't know how an onlineorder in Savannah ended up mixed up with another Cold Stone Creamery in NJ. I hope you fix this type of misleading issue.
This time, however, I paid close attention to my order, as I usually just pay without checking the details. One of the mix-ins I chose was yellow cake, and I noticed that the pieces weren’t all the same size. The staff picked a broken piece, so I asked for an extra piece. Keep in mind this was for a "Love It" size. Normally, I pay for a create-your-own option and just one mix-in, but this time they charged me for two, even though one mix-in is included. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue. The pieces should be consistent, and if they’re not, they really need to establish a standard. I’m not sure if I’ll give this place another chance. It’s just another reason to stick with local restaurants instead of chains.
