Chipotle Mexican Grill - Savannah

At this point, it's only my morbid curiosity and my fondness for Chipotle that keeps bringing me back. Will they be open? Will they be closed? Will the entire staff change by next week? It’s always a delightful surprise with each visit. However, I don’t dare order online for pickup, as I feel I would be let down and my money would go to waste. Trust me, it’s bound to happen.

I attempted to place an order through the Google Maps app, and my total came to around $25. However, when I opened the same website in Safari—because I had mistakenly used the Google Cards app for my order—and placed the exact same order, the total shot up by over $6! I then returned to the website through Google Cards and placed the same order again, and it went back to the original price of $25. Why is there such a price discrepancy for the exact same items? This is really frustrating. Also, why are they only offering indoor food for takeout or delivery? Ugh!

I've eaten here several times over the past few years, and it has consistently been worse than other locations. This is especially true when it's open for dining, rather than only offering online orders during the week. While the food is acceptable and the service is decent, I’ve found the cleanliness to be a big issue every time I visit. The floors, prep area, drink station, and tables are often dirty, with food and liquids left lying around. On my last visit, I even saw two of the ten employees behind the counter drop a menu marker with lint back onto the prep table, and I noticed dirty dishes piling up without anyone attending to them. This has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever experienced.

This place is the worst chipotle I have ever had to go the dissatisfaction. they are absolutely terrible. would not recommend.

It's hit and miss if the dining area is closed here. You get there and have to order online which is a hassle once I've driven there. I just go to Moe's across the street now. Bad business.
