Chick-fil-a - Savannah

I didn't dine in, but the employees appeared very clean and looked like they had washed their hands. The food was served hot, and the staff was friendly and approachable. There was no hint of any bad attitude, which made me feel confident that my food was safe and delicious. Many other establishments could learn from their example.

This Chick-fil-A has really declined. I've been a customer for 11 years, but the past two years have seen a steady drop in quality. Initially, the service started to go downhill, yet I continued to visit occasionally since it's the only fast food I eat. However, the food quality has also diminished. I've received burnt fries a couple of times, and just last night, I got home to find that two of my sandwiches were missing their buns. When I called to report this, the manager didn't apologize; she simply said she would note it in the book for my next visit. NEXT TIME? Seriously? Shaking my head.

Normally I?ve not had any problems with this chic fila, but lately every single time it?s an issue. I went there today and a Crista Medley who I assumed was the manager from her uniform was rude and kept making me yell out my order since she wasstanding so far back from my car. I took it as maybe she feared for Covid and didn?t pay any mind to it however I get my foodonly to be disappointed again. The fries were lukewarm, the burger was soggy, and I didn?t get even get a straw or napkin so Ican spit it back out in. This location was convenient since it?s literally 5 mins from my house but I?d rather drive the extra15 mins to a different location than to be disappointed every single time.

Good food but make sure you check the bag before you leave. They've forgotten my sauce and utensils 4 times now. Hard to enjoy your salad dry and with your hands.

The service is consistently efficient, with plenty of staff on hand to ensure the line moves quickly, even during peak times. The team members outside who take your orders are always friendly and seem to know exactly which car to deliver the food to.
