Blend Press Wellness - Savannah

I typically don't recommend restaurants, but Mix and Press has the best healthy, sugar-free, flavorful smoothies in the city. The location is very convenient and is also a great option for those with specific dietary needs due to medical issues.

The smoothies are delicious! There are plenty of parking spaces available right in front of the shop or on the street, but the prices are a bit high.

Because of a medical condition, I needed a cabbage juice "Cocktail." Unfortunately, several juice spots in Savannah were unable to help. I then went to Blend and Press and talked to Sara. She was amazing! Sara took the time to go over her ingredients and offer me some choices. When she found out I had no way to get the juice back to my hotel, she kindly offered to deliver it for me. Sara's kindness truly showed her dedication to customer service. Thank you, Sara.

The Jungle Krieger-Açaí-Schale was amazing! The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I definitely make another visit to the hopefully near future.

Went to the one that just opened up underneath Drayton Tower Apartments and I loved it!!! Sarah and Abigail were absolutely amazing and answered all my annoying questions. Super happy and full of knowledge. It’s the cutest little shop-perfect for an early morning boost!
