Panera Bread - Saugus

This was really disappointing. I wanted to give this place another shot, but it ended up feeling like I just wasted my money again. I ordered two bowls of soup, and instead, they sent us a "you pick two" with cups instead. I also got a chicken avocado melt that was completely inedible. It had a strange smell and there was barely anything on this soggy, cold sandwich. What a waste of money. Come on, just put in a little effort at work! Just a little.

Panera offers an elevated version of hospital food, but this specific location stands out as one of the best. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a bowl of soup.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this Panera lately. They keep miscalling orders with the wrong names and items. It’s also really noisy inside; the music was just too loud. There are all new staff members, too. The food is still tasty, but charging $18 for a tuna sandwich and a drink is outrageous.

Do not even bother trying to customize in the app, they will not do it correctly (but oddly might make changes you did NOT ask for). Nearly as bad as the Danvers Panera. Go to the Swampscott or Lynnfield Panera locations instead. The prices here aretoo expensive for the staff to NEVER follow your requests and NEVER have mobile ordering ready on time.

Me and my nephews like Paneras food. We go to the different locations, today we went to the location at Saugus ma. Food was perfectly done and presentation was great as it supposed to be. There was a supervisor or maybe a manager named Dean, he came tous and greeted us.asked about the food quality and all that stuff.My 11 years old nephew really liked that and way back home hewas talking about this branch. It?s called good food with great customer service. Thumbs up to Panera branch in Saugus.
