Starbucks - Sarasota

Yesterday, on my way home, I swung in through the drive thru. I ordered my drink, with an extra shot of espresso, and in my cynical mood at the time, asked if they could just add something extra anything; I 'm having a rough day . Which was true. And I laughed it off. I pull up to the window, and the young man said it was on the house. The boss lady is making you a custom drink. Similar to what you want. But a little extra. It 's on the house. Being in customer service all my life (I cut hair), that really really turned my whole afternoon around!! Thank you to that team for reminding it 's not all as bad as it seems!!! BTW that custom drink was PERFECT

Peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, a good place for meeting clients when in need of internet services.

Nicole has been manager here for 2 years and she has done an outstanding job I will absolutely come here again they made everything perfect the whole staff was absolutely beautiful

Disturbing staff still wearing masks in 2023. Can’t understand what they are saying . Look like androids
