Mcdonald's - Sarasota

Did a mobile order for dine-in and even with a long line in the drive-thru the meal was done in 3 minutes. Great staff!

Qtr pounders were dry and like shoe leather. Fries were lukewarm at best. At least the fountain drinks helped swallowing. 2PM 8-18-22

The workers in the drive-thru were very nice at night and were even talking to me to confirm my order details. They were training a new employee and it seemed like they were very much on tip if it. I loved the customer service. I just hate getting cold fries. My Mcchicken was especially fresh though. Can't rave enough how friendly everyone was.

Came to the drive at 2 o'clock, and they said they were not in service. this place is listed as 24 hours. very disappointed, but not the first time I was disappointed here. will take it with the company.

It would be negative stars if allowed. I get it, everyone is under servants, and I concrete but if a manager rises on the board and then they should do this with attitude that sets a good example. I was manager, so I don't talk about what I don't know.
