Small family run out of beaten path, real Italian restaurant. Family originally from Rome and they brought the most from Italy. Pastas homemade and excellent. Vongole Pasta dish amazing. Friendly service and Italian language spoken by staff was great to bring back beautiful memories. Very recommended

Fantastic! Family owned and operated. Cooking is amazing. I'm an American through and through and I've never been in Italy, but that's different from any Italian food I've ever had. It's spectacular. I was a few times after I had the lasagna, and another time I had a ravioli with lobster. It's worth going. Give you more time than you think. ll have to dinner as there is a bit slower than most places, but go and enjoy, relax a little! Don't you bring friends who want to hurry, do you? I'm gonna make you crazy and everyone else. I speak from experience! The owners are friendly and amazing chefs and the enchanting atmosphere together with the amazing food makes for a great dinner!

What an incredible family you have the opportunity to be hosted from here. I never forget the antipasto platter they served our table. I have never seen a better spread of food in the thirty countries I visited. Maybe more impressive after I had eaten everything, I was still excited to eat more and enjoy incredible entrees? it happened again to dessert!

Unbelievable night in La Mucca Ballerina Downtown SRQ opposite the old white church. Fried pizza, mussels and pasta, chicken marsala, fresh spaghetti marinera and alfogato (sp? Wonderful family owned. Sisters were super friendly and it felt very authentic!!! Live music also a great note. RECOMMENDATIONS!

Wow! Best pasta i have ever eaten at a restaurant! We try to dine at a local Italian restaurant every trip we take. So this was probably our 50th Italian restaurant and this was the best of all 50! Thanks for the service and best carbonara and chicken marsala!
