After a while, I had to flag down the waitress, who eventually brought my original order—but honestly, it wasn't worth the wait. To make matters worse, my girlfriend's burger was medium rare instead of medium well, and the onion rings on top were noticeably burnt and hard enough to pose a risk to her teeth. The waitress offered to take the burger back to be redone, but by then I was almost done with my meal, so we just requested the replacement burger to go. Later, a lady manager came over to our table to greet us. I asked if they could comp my girlfriend's meal, and she readily agreed, even offering us a free dessert. While I appreciate her attempt to make things right, the overall experience was disappointing. Given the circumstances, I don’t think I’ll be returning, but I sincerely hope they improve their service to prevent future diners from having a similar experience.

TO STAFF: I would like to gladly recognize an employee of your fine restaurant. His name is Travis Matthews. His supervisor is Tom Jones. I had much conversation with him as he performed his busing duties around and near the bar area as I waited for our group to arrive. His very pleasant persona caught my attention. I needed some info regarding your diverse menu. Travis was quick to offer his thoughts and recommendations. I asked him about his desire to be a server . He advised me he had only been employed there for two months and it was his goal. I want to give the FORD GARAGE my personal recommendation to consider Travis for a promotion to Server. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They moved us to a different table when the setting sun was shining directly in our eyes.

It's a fun spot with a friendly atmosphere and cheerful staff. The service is excellent, and the food options are both delicious and intriguing. I will definitely return!

Service was extremely friendly and helpful but I’ve had better food on an airplane. And this isn’t a review where the food wasn’t good bc it was too expensive for what I got….it was school cafeteria grade.
