Demetrios Pizza Grill - Sarasota

I ordered a May Tai/Rum Runner and it wasn't much to write home. The wind was tender and tasteful. The salad was okay. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka add chicken and it was okay. My husband ordered the special pizza and he said it was just okay. I'm glad we tried, but it wasn't a place where we're likely to return.

I enjoyed the food there and the atmosphere. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. I had one of the best gyros I had in a long time

Beautiful small Italian place at the university. I had the Aubergines Rollatini. It was good. Service was good. My friend had a chicken parm. It was massive.

We understand service can be slow because help problems. That wasn't the problem. It was the worst pizza we ever had. We were looking forward to a great pizza, but we were very disappointed. Dry overcooked and very little cheese.

Mother's Day Nightmare started with an hour wait to order , flat soda, freezer burnt overcooked cheese sticks and tasteless food.No care from the waitress but A complaint to mgmt that was respected. A trip to our pediatrician because my kids haven't stop crying from stomach cramps(it's Wed. Now), A call to the owner who took no responsibility of it and didn't know how to make it better . Ended with a request for them to at least check inventory and clean so no other family will suffer like we have.
