I ordered at the wrong location so i called to cancel and get refunded. The lady over the phone proceeded to tell me she didnt know how and there was no manager on duty. She gave me the number to her manager and said i could call them if id like. Is responded “since its your manager cant you call and have him show you how to void the order? Then call me when done?” No call back. I call the day after with the same response over the phone, “no manager, and i dont know how, heres the number to our manager”Im honestly baffled. As somebody that works in the service industry, you can simply just get a code to void the order. And if not, there should be a manager on duty. It shouldnt take 5 buisness days for me to get ahold of somebody that knows how to refund an order that was never even picked up. Has gone on for two days now Tommorow being the third. Its extremely frustrating, and i expect compensation.
Not greeted or spoken to thru whole process. No one else in the store. Girl was very uninterested in serving this customer. Sad customer service.
My friend and I ordered smoothies but were shocked at how a fruit smoothie could be over 400 calories. While waiting I looked at the nutrition information on the website and saw that with Splenda it decreases the calories by half. They confirmed when asked that they add sugar to the smoothie (literally defeats the purpose of having a smoothie). Who adds 200 calories worth of sugar to a smoothie? This is insane.
