I went to the Choo Choo’s food truck on Hwy 301 Old Tampa Road in Palmetto. The bbq ribs are 10/10!! Do not waste your money on the well established BBQ restaurant down the road, this food truck blows them away!! The ribs are meaty, juicy and very tender!! FYI They’re open Fri Sat Sun from 9am to sellout (around 3pm).

I travel to the area frequently to see my parents…these guys are always in the hit list. Completely delicious and legit. So good. Don’t miss out!!!!

Just ate one of the 2 pulled pork sandwiches. It was great and tremendous value.
