Starbucks - Santa Fe

There are no restroom facilities available for customers and there are no signs alerting them before placing their orders. Additionally, there is broken glass scattered in the flowerbed outside the restaurant.

It took thirty minutes to get through the trip. this place is obviously far underused and the workers will be reworked to keep both the load and the drive open. simply shut off one instead of trying a few kids to handle the volume of both and let customers wait so long. I hope to unite all these workers!

This restaurant was the worst we have ever been to. We decided to stop by during our evening stroll. Dieucks was practically empty, with only us in the parking lot. Despite this, they were only open for drive-thru service. When we approached the window, the staff was incredibly rude. We ordered some ice cream with toppings, and not only was the server extremely unpleasant, but the coffee tasted like weak, sugary water.

The staff is consistently quick and dependable, serving up delicious drinks with speedy service. Whenever I pre-order, my order is almost always ready and very seldom have they made mistakes. I enjoy coming here.

Only 6 cars back, but it still took about 15 minutes to go through the drive-thru and get my drink. And my coffee was lukewarm. What an incompetently managed Starbucks location. Avoid this location.
