Dumpling Tea - Santa Fe

A hidden gem! My wife and I woke up to a beautiful snowy day in Santa Fe and knew we wanted something hot and comforting to eat. I found this place on Google, and we headed straight there. We started with the spring rolls and soup dumplings, both of which were divine. My wife ordered the spicy chicken wonton, while I had the curry chicken noodle soup. Everything was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. The flavors were amazing, and they certainly delivered on the spice levels we requested. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant surpassed my expectations! I ordered the tomato and egg noodle soup to go, and it smelled fantastic. The portion was enormous, and the price was quite reasonable too. I might have to return for the homemade dumplings!

Discovered this hidden gem tucked away just beyond the busy plaza de Santa Fe. Everything is handmade, fresh from scratch. You can even see some of the dumplings being made by hand as you order. We started off with some steamed Bao and some soup Bao. Bothvery very good! We also enjoyed some beef noodle soup which had a generous portion of beef in it. We also enjoyed the shrimpfried noodles and vegetable fried noodle dishes. Both has tons of fresh ingredients and were delicious! You can add spice to youdish as well by choosing one of three levels of spice. That was a nice touch! Just one word of advice to the chef, my shrimpwere very over cooked and were tough and chewy. Other than that, everything was superb, including the service!

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it immediately caught my attention when I saw a woman making fresh dumplings. I knew I had to give it a try. I ordered the Dan Dan soup, fried pork dumplings, and a soup bun. The noodles in the Dan Dan soup were excellent, and the fried pork dumplings were quite large. The soup bun was just okay, as some of them had varying amounts of soup inside. Overall, it was a decent experience!

The food was absolutely delicious, but it unfortunately gave me diarrhea. Still, I would recommend it to everyone!
