We are on a vasal from Texas and wanted to hear about the molecular experience in sazon. it was really a culinary experience! also the chef stayed over.

Wife’s birthday. Food and service were exceptional. Chef Olea always delivers.

Service was attentive throughout. Complimentary birthday cava serving and dessert were very nice touches. Food was excellent. Nice ambiance. This was a major improvement over our last visit several months ago when they seemed terribly understaffed and service was very delayed and spotty. That time the meal was also underwhelming and poorly presented. They appear to have remedied all the prior deficiencies; we enjoyed ourselves very much and will return.
