Visiting Santa Fe and wanted to stop here. I ordered take out. It was around 5pm on a Sunday before they got busy. I ordered the Duck Confit Pad Thai, duck Fat fries and the Cloud cake. Very good flavors on the Pad Thai. Fries were good. And the cloud cake was light fluffy meringue. Alone not very flavorful but they paired with a couple sauces, some tarragon and grapefruit. So together it's a yummy bite. I also had a drink while I waited concocted by the bartender that was yummy. Little on the pricey side but would go back to try other delicious sounding items on the menu. Also, reservations are highly recommended. Though they were able to fit in some walk-ins.
What a treat to visit this “pub”. While I wouldn’t say it is a “restaurant for kids” simply because it is fancier and more romantic than many spots in town, the staff could not have been kinder. (Recommend booking for 5pm so you don’t interrupt someone’s date in case your little is a loud one! They called in advance to confirm use of their high chair. We were in a very cozy back room with attentive and very fast service. The food was delicious and a nice change from the more traditional Santa Fe fare. Though their attention to local ingredients and seasons was obvious. The highlight dish for us was were the polenta sticks with this incredible Gorgonzola sauce that I am still thinking about. Thank you to this team for helping mom and dad enjoy a little “fancy night out” with our daughter! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had an outstanding experience at Joseph’s Culinary Pub in Santa Fe! Michelle, our server that evening, was huge part of the positive experience by providing information about menu offerings based on each our dinner guests’ tastes and preferences. Her recommendations including for the soft shelled crab wrapped with lettuce leaves and served with rice noodles were highly appreciated. The ceviche with plantains was so fresh and tangy, hitting the spot without being overpowering perfect for a hot summer day. We also ate the lamb burger with a side of duck fat French fries don’t let the name fool you, the fries are superb! The vegetable enchilada was also a hit with its spicy kick and stack full of veggies including zucchini, corn, spinach and mushrooms yes, incredibly delicious!! The fish special of the day was also a hit though our guests thought the portion was small. To finish the meal we shared the cloud cake, which was extremely light merengue served with tarragon and grapefruit slices. We left happily full, thrilled that we chose Joseph’s Culinary Pub for dinner and ever so grateful to Michelle for her recommendations and for her attention throughout the meal. Highly recommend!! Tip: There’s a parking lot for patrons of Joseph’s making it convenient to go to by car.
