Contribuiți la feedbackWhile we were there, the fireplace went out, the music was shut down and the staff began to clean and the kitchen was loud with all staff laughing and party. No one took our coats or said farewell. No one to find. Obviously, we were released as one of the last diners. With all that said it is a fabulous interior (with the exception of art work) and the staff is very friendly but not very profesional.
Food was overpriced and moderate in the best atmosphere was good and service average. The selection of foods was limited and too expensive
In 20 years of food this was the WORST experience I had in Santa Fe. We died in summer on the La Casa Sena terrace a dozen times with amazing service and food. I don't know what changed, but I felt like I was robbed today. The boldness to calculate these prices for mediocre food and mediocre service was embarrassing. I had guests in the city and apologized all night for the food, service and highway robbery prices. I can honestly say I'll never go back to La Casa Sena. It is very sad that they have lost quality over all parameters.
Service poor. serving food small; Prices extremely high!
Ambiance…there basically isn’t one…it was sort of like walking in to the entry of a funeral home. Strange art on the walls that had no real overall esthetic, ancient red carpet on the floor…if you’re looking for a vibe this isn’t it. (This is the restaurant side to be clear…we didn’t sit in the bar area which looked to be way more fun) I have heard the patio is great in the Summer however. Probably won’t be back to find out though… Service…laughable and fairly certain our server was high on cocaine…which wouldn’t have bothered us a bit if he at least was kind, personable and just a decent server. Instead he was never around, when our meals came we had already finished our first round of drinks and our glasses of water…we had to to call him back to our table to just ask if we could order another round and fill our water glasses…just odd little things you wouldn’t expect in a so-called fine dining” restaurant on the plaza where dishes are $60-$70 or more. Food…don’t waste your time. I had the Elk (go to Geronimo’s if you want this dish done right). My partner had the mussels (bland and zero flavor spectrum) and the tuna…neither of which had any pro’s to highlight beside the fact that both of our meals were cooked to the proper temperature. Overall a disappointing and slightly confusing experience.
