La Bajera - San Lorenzo de El Escorial

No he comido ni me he alojado en el hotel San Lorenzo Suites, pero he venido varias veces a su cafetería a tomar café o una cerveza. Sitio cálido y acogedor, frente a una placita con castaños. Un rincón con encanto dentro del pueblo. Muy cerca de los sitios de interés turísticos, pero no justo en el meollo. Con la cerveza sirven una tapa generosa y de calidad. Didn't eat here nor stayed at the San Lorenzo Suites hotel, but I step by from time to time for coffee or a beer in its cafeteria. Nice and warm place facing a little charming square with some chestnut trees. Pretty close to the turistic places, but a step away off the beaten path. You will be presented with a generous yummy tapa when you order a beer.

100% recommendable! Very cozy restaurant, located in the center of San lorenzo de el escorial, with very good service and a very varied menu that allows you to bite several things or order individual dishes. Besides, it is very good at price! I recommend especially the scissors (tas,) but see, everything very well. I will return.

A very nice place. I loved everything we've tried. The scissors (is the name they receive so cough) of roasted meat has been my favorite dish, but it is rich all: the curry chicken, the onion soup, the desserts. I will return, with good time the terrace is very appetizing. highly recommended!
