Wingstop - San Jose

The customer service at this restaurant was awful, the food was terrible, and the managers were terrible as well. Despite spending a lot of money, they tried to charge my 6-year-old son for a water cup. The staff seemed incompetent and got my order wrong, leaving me waiting longer for my food.

The customer service is excellent and the food is always ready on time. The restaurant is very clean and has high hygiene standards. I have had negative experiences with smelly establishments in the past, such as Wingstop in Daly City, but there are no unpleasant odors here. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene at this restaurant are top-notch.

The experience was wonderful. All of the staff members were extremely pleasant. Even the new employee apologized for not knowing all of the soda options, which was understandable given the extensive list. It was nice of her to explain and try her best.
