Pizza My Heart - San Jose

We got the vegetarian pizza and I can almost guarantee their vegetables are frozen and not fresh. Hardly any taste at all and some of them were even soggy. I’ll have to stick with mountain mikes for my veggie pizzas.

Friendly service, good pie, love the crust. Can't wait to try the plant based pizza (unfortunately can't get a slice). Clean and nice ambience, but tables are too packed.

I tried this place for the first time today and I wanted to write about the excellent service I received. I ordered a half and half Castroville Mendocino vegan pizza. The pizza came out on time but the Mendocino was missing bread crumbs. When I enquired about the same, they told me that they missed adding those. So far so good. They immediately added a few crumbs but it turned out that the person was handling sausage while adding the crumbs. Remembering and respecting my dietary restrictions they themselves remade the pizza again and informed me about the same. I felt they were being very inclusive and respectful of my dietary preferences and I really appreciate that. I appreciate the pace of pizza production (a real feat) but not their prices. And if their slices were less oily and LIMP they'd get 6 stars from me!!
