I left my wallet on the counter after paying, and two new employees took it. They managed to steal $3,500 in cash and $500 in money orders, then sold the wallet for $150 through a relative in Oregon. They even attempted to take out a loan in my name for the amount of my monthly government check at the same Roseville office. Fortunately, the thieves realized they were being watched and ran away. The actions of the manager and the head cashier were unacceptable for not addressing the situation properly. It was incredibly disappointing that the San Jose Police Department did absolutely nothing to investigate the theft. They could have easily reviewed the security footage, which clearly shows the two of them in the act—one bumps into me near the ice box while the other sneaks around and exits the store.

The staff here are amazing and consistently go above and beyond for our family. When they ran out of a specific almond milk that my husband likes, they promptly let me know when it would be back in stock. They even remember each member of my family by name, including my mother-in-law, who visits from Australia. I return to this restaurant because they offer my favorite items, and the friendly atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable.
