In-n-out Burger - San Jose

The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always excellent. I've been coming here for several years now.

This In-N-Out looks just like all the others, both inside and out, with a constant line of cars in the drive-thru at any time of day. On my last visit, I chose to step out of my air-conditioned car and make the short walk into the restaurant. To my surprise, there was no line inside, and two enthusiastic teenage boys were ready to take my order. My 13-year-old only wanted a double-double, without fries. When the order arrived, he devoured the burger in no time, and we were on our way.

I'm not sure how they manage to consistently provide excellent customer service, but it's always friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is consistently delicious! Don't be deceived by the line; they serve you quickly!

If you find yourself in California, you absolutely have to try this restaurant at least once—any location of this chain will do! The burger is simply out of this world. The fries are a bit unconventional, but the main attraction is definitely the burger. Be sure to ask for the animal style sauce on your fries and burger, or on the side—trust me, you won't regret it! This amazing food is only available in California, as well as Nevada and Arizona. They also offer delicious milkshakes and an intriguing breakfast menu!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and made sure my order was perfect. When my friends and I requested some mustard packets, a lovely young woman kindly fetched them from the back for us. The fries are generally tasty, although not as exceptional as those at some other places. However, the burgers are delicious, and the sauce is great too! Plus, they offer free lemons with the water, which is a nice touch.
