Veggie Salento

Una sopa local, un plato de arroz y vegetales + un jugo natural... eso es el menu del dia a Veggie Salento, a un precio muy accesible. Delicioso y refinado :)

I went with two friends on a Wednesday evening about 8 pm. We were told beforehand that the kitchen would be open until 9.30. We waited 1,5 hours but were offered an free drink. The humus was good, the salad was good but there was too little of it. Good bread, a shame it was cold. The falafel were horrible; hard and dry and completely unedible. A very disappointing experience - never again.

Nous sommes venus manger à deux reprises dans ce restaurant : Falafels excellentes ! Burger très bon. Un peu déçu par les jus, ils sont un peu fades. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Et c'est un bon endroit pour manger (enfin) sainement !

What a wonderful gem there in Salento - after eating lots and lots of meat, we were thrilled to find tasty veggie and vegan foods. We loved the falafel and hummus, and the lentil burger was fantastic! Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and warm.

We stopped by pretty late at night (after a few rounds of tejo) and they stayed open to feed us. Super nice people, and the food was excellent! The hummus was really fantastic. And they have alternative milks for coffee, which is almost unheard of in Colombia. The fruit/veg drinks were also fantastic. Highly recommended!
