Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could rate the food negatively, I absolutely would! This restaurant is far from authentic. The food tasted like it was straight out of a can or jar. The noodles were gummy and mushy, and the shrimp was undercooked. It was overly salty and way overpriced. I was thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. This will be my first and last visit! Food rating: 1/5.
What a delightful surprise! Even though we’ve driven past Vincenzo’s many times and live nearby, we had never actually dined there. However, we decided to support local businesses in our extended neighborhood, so we gave it a shot—and I’m so glad we did! The restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was wonderfully pleasant and attentive. Most importantly, the food was served hot and bursting with flavor. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan, and it was among the best I’ve ever had. This classic Italian dish was both comforting and inviting. With many restaurants struggling to find staff and maintain quality, it looks like Vincenzo’s has found a way to succeed. We will definitely be back and will encourage others to check out this neighborhood gem!
The atmosphere was delightful, featuring classic cherry wood furnishings, and we were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess. The food was excellent; I enjoyed the Spaghetti Pomodoro with chicken breast, while my wife had the Eggplant Parmesan. The portion sizes were generous enough for us to take some leftovers home. The prices were so reasonable that our tip ended up being nearly as much as the bill itself.
I was there a few weeks ago so please excuse my delayed criticism. The food was edible, and the wine was average, so it wasn't terrible. I'm used to mediocrity; I live it every day. However, the service was a tad sus. The waitstaff seemed a bit overbearing and would be checking up on us what seemed like every five minutes and it was a little frustrating. It almost seemed like they were in a hurry for us to leave, which was interesting because it wasn't very busy then.Anyway, it's not super important because the terrible lady I brought is no longer speaking with me. She's probably off doing some sorcery like drinking moon water and staying in oddly themed motels. On a side topic, I think your establishment is haunted because the lights kept flickering, which leads me to believe that I was cursed with some bad juju, that's why my lady friend is no longer interested, as it surely couldn't be the result of my charming personality. Surely...I took her to the lake for a picnic the last time I saw her. We sat by the water when these weird otherworldly entities that were gigantic in stature rose up out of the lake. They were winged creatures with humanoid bodies and tentacled faces. I saw some like them before in a small seaside town called Innsmouth. They picked her up and dragged her into the void, and I haven't heard from her since. Rachel, if you see this I'm sorry that the evil cthulhuian-like beings that started following us since dining at this particular restaurant kidnapped you. Most of this review is sarcasm, but you wasted some of my time with your questionable service so I thought I'd return the favor. Thanks! Also, if you decide to dine here, the chicken marsala is actually pretty good. I was a tad too critical with my review of the food.
It was my first time visiting Vincenzo. It was a bit late in the evening, but I really enjoyed myself. The whole staff was a joy to serve us. Very attentive. The drinks we're amazing. I will return earlier in the day next time. Overall, the service was great.Food: 4/5
