Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant is vibrant, flavorful, and refreshing, offering a delightful blend of flavors and textures. I particularly enjoy the shrimp and spring rolls, the Vietnamese vinaigrette, peanut sauce, and the Bao sliders - they are my top picks. What sets this place apart is its ability to cater to dietary restrictions, as every item on the menu can be tailored to suit individual needs. Located in Maryland Heights, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem.
Store front restaurant, covid seating and protocols in place. Plenty of parking, bathroom, friendly staff. Food was very good, my colleague is vegan, I'm not. I've tried the chicken fried rice, vegan Popcorn shrimp, vegetables egg roll. All were very good.
Although the meal was cheap at $10, I was not particularly impressed and likely wouldn't return. I ordered chicken fried rice, but found there were not many vegetables or chicken pieces in it. The chicken was sliced thinly and not very tender. This dish seemed more like a side dish in terms of quality, but there was certainly a sufficient amount of rice to fill up on.
Despite having never eaten at a Vietnamese restaurant in my 20 years of life, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try out DD Mau. To my surprise, the food, atmosphere, and customer service at this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The dishes were delicious, satisfying, and healthy, served promptly and accurately. The portion sizes were generous and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I now look forward to trying more Vietnamese restaurants, but I will definitely be returning to DD Mau in the future.
This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants of all time! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and their food is always exceptional. My go to meal is the vermicelli bowl with vegan beef which has a flavor that is nearly IDENTICAL to real beef. Highly recommend!
