Hardee’s - Royston

The restaurant is usually quiet, except during breakfast rush when things are constantly busy. The cashier service is average, with some slowness during lunch and dinner hours. However, most of the items are made fresh to order. Orders are typically accurate, but they seem to have difficulty redeeming coupons consistently.

I recently visited this restaurant and the service was excellent. However, today when I placed my order, the server seemed distracted by her phone and took her time to serve me. She appeared annoyed when I was waiting to order and did not provide a friendly experience. The quality of the food was decent, but the employees often seem overwhelmed and unprofessional. I would suggest improving customer service at this establishment.

The place is slow and I have my breakfast to go, and it was given to me cold and if I called there to let them know that the manager was very rude to me I would not go back I would rather go out of my way then waste my time or money here

Crew members polite and friendly, and my order was hot
