Kfc - Rockmart

Was first in lobby to order, took over 20 mins to get 3 tacos supremes, they gave me plain tacos, the older lady was nice and gave me the right stuff very fast plus some extra food Manager/owner in lobby arguing with a worker over drama with a co worker, need to take it outside or in an office

I've been to this restaurant three times, but I won't be going back for a fourth. During my first visit, just an hour and a half before closing, they ran out of extra crispy chicken and refused to make more because their fryers were off. It felt like laziness. The second time I went, I was told they no longer serve extra crispy. Seriously? Fine, I'll take the crispy strips instead. Unfortunately, those strips were at least two hours old and breaded with the original recipe flour! On my third visit, I arrived on my bike to find the lobby closed due to staffing issues. Meanwhile, I noticed four employees just hanging out at the drive-thru window. It’s not that hard to wipe down tables and keep the lobby clean! I used to work at KFC in high school as a cook, and there were times when just three of us managed the whole place. I bet I could go in there right now and do a better job than those employees! Colonel Sanders would be furious.

I've visited this KFC multiple times, and while I love the brand, this location falls short. The chicken tends to be tough, and the biscuits are quite dry. On the positive side, the coleslaw and mashed potatoes are decent. However, the ice machine is frequently empty, the condiment area is often messy, and the drink selection is quite limited. I keep returning mainly because there aren't any other KFCs nearby, and I hold out hope for improvement. The staff is consistently polite, so I rate the food 1 star and the staff 5 stars, averaging out to a total of 3 stars.

I’m giving this place one star solely because the server who brought us our food was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the chicken was terrible. My entire family felt nauseous just looking at it. We had ordered extra crispy, but what we received was anything but that. In fact, I would say it was undercooked. This is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard, which made for a really disappointing experience!

Doordash Dont! 20 minute wait for order to be cancelled because they were out of something again. They only had two people working and completely ignored the lobby where they had people literally walking out and returning multiple times with incorrect food. Getting worse and worse each time I go. Will have to reject orders from here next time if it actually costs me to lose money because of their poor management.
