Jefferson's - Rockmart

I always find myself waiting a long time for my food here, even when the restaurant is not busy—there were only three tables occupied and two people at the bar when we arrived. The quality of the food at this location is definitely not up to par with the Cartersville or Rome branches. The burger I had was decent, but the bun was soggy, just like during my previous visit. I think this will be our last time at this location for quite a while. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Additionally, I was surprised that someone was sweeping the floor right next to us while we were eating; this is something that shouldn’t happen in a restaurant, even at the end of the night. Three staff members really need some training on this aspect of service. I hope the management can learn about proper dining etiquette and relay that to their team. This used to be a wonderful restaurant, but it now feels disorganized and run-down.

Couldn’t rate food or service. However did not really enjoy looking at several dirty tables while standing and waiting to be seated for twenty minutes. Fryer went down we were told longer waits. Couldn’t even get seated to get a drink just left standing at the door listening to the cooks get scolded in the kitchen by who I would assume was the manager,not sure. Then asked to be seated to get a drink and was told by the hostess that she wasn’t sure she could do that. Poor management.
