Contribuiți la feedbackPlaced an order for 4:30 pickup, writing this at 4:55, still no food. Lots of employees milling around, but much happening. Really gross looking at the workspace.
We haven 't had a correct order in 6 months! I can understand being busy and forgetting to make the item(s) correctly, and this happens every time. But when you constantly short your customers on their order is unacceptable. I don 't know if it 's their P.O.S. system, or whether it 's the employee 's not doing any quality checking. Our single trip to get food never happens at Taco Bell. We always end up going back to get our corrected or (multiple) shorted items. These are ALL mobile orders, and clearly state items and requested ingredients. I don 't understand why this is so hard for a fast food chain that takes 3 to 4 times as long to make food than any other chain. After multiple attempts to notify corporate, I truly believe they gave up on this location long ago. Corporate 1 Customers 0
No counter service, kiosk only, very slow to fill orders
Don’t come to this taco bell if you value your time. We have been waiting for more than an hour for one order of food. Never coming back here.
Simply terrible, use to be so much better; but after three times of trying cause I love taco bell food, these guys don't really care and it shows. Orders wrong, food cold, remake after remake after remake, no customer care, order from the kiosk with no communication, unfortunately I will not come back. Hop fully over time this store will get back up there up to par, and if not let's turn it into a taco johns.
