Kfc - Riverton

The fries had a slightly strange flavor, possibly indicating that the oil needs to be changed. Aside from that, everything else was quite good!

Unfortunately, we had to wait in line for a long time and were asked to pull forward to wait for fresh fries. When we finally received our food, the fries were nowhere near fresh, my chicken sandwich was ice cold, and the popcorn chicken was mostly just crumbs. To make matters worse, when I bit into one of the nuggets, I found blood inside.

Couldn't eat inside. Ashley had one of the best voices over the outsider speaker. Very, very nice and accommodating. Very professional and exceptionally customer oriented. Not that KFC is a bad place to work but I retired from a food service company and I would have hired her away from them. She would be great in sales!!!

No napkins for a start, the wait was long and the biscuits were hard as a rock, the meals were extremely expensive.

I am tired of ordering the big box meal and never getting the full order. It comes with two sides and they have NOT given us the cole slaw four times now.
