Gambino's Pizza - Riley

Perfect example of a small town America pizzeria with retro vibes. Good pizza, which is the most important part, I wouldn't call it amazing but calling anything other than classic tasty pizza would be silly. They have options for Self service/ buffet. Space for parties. Salad bar. Sodas and soft drinks.

Always order take out here, never ate there. Riley is a very small town with only two other places to get food-and those other are only open infrequently, apparently. So Gambino's (a franchise business) is really all there is. They're closed Sundays. The menu consists of pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, salads and pasta bowls. I've only ordered pizza. They offer traditional crust, (a thinner crust),a thin crust -VERY thin, and a pan crust a bit thicker (doughy) I prefer pan. Several specialty pizzas, they offer coupons. They periodically employ very young staff, mistakes are made sometimes with orders and customer service is not their strong point, but it's a little place, in a tiny town where everyone knows everyone so you can't expect that. Pizza, when you get what you ordered, is good. It always comes with traditional crust unless you request another option. I will continue to order pizza from them when I'm nearby. Oh, and I believe the offer ice cream as well.

Totally got the wrong order last night, mass confusion. Ordered a calzone and got a pizza, ordered a chicken sandwich and got a meatball or something sandwich. Tried to explain that this was the wrong order and was basically told to take it or leave it ?

Excellent pizza, Excellent staff, and just overall a very great place to bring your family for a meal. 10/10 would recommend

Pizza, pasta, sandwich or wings. It's all good here. Staff is always smiling and glad to see you.
