Old Chicago - Manhattan

I just want to say that the server Cris was amazing. It’s rare to find someone who encompasses everything it means to give top notch customer service. Give this lady a bonus, or promotion. She more than deserves it.

It's a pizza and beer place with a bunch of TVs, pretty good options outside of pizza with burger specials on Wednesday, and they have a beer tour to try great new things. The service I've received has always been awesome, tho I have seen a few people with less than stellar service (generally because they are less than stellar patrons). If you're looking for a fine wine and steak combo, this isn't your place. It's a great atmosphere, friendly employees and friendly regulars (at least in my experiences). Oh, by the way, they are pet friendly on the patio. I bring my puppy here often and he loves it as much as I do. He gets a lot of attention from employees and patrons as he still an adorable pup (yes this will change with age). Currently my favorite spot in the Manhattan, Ft Riley, JC area

We've been fans of this Old Chicago from the time it opened downtown, and even more so in it's new location on the west side of town. The most important thing--the thing which hasn't changed--is the devotion of the staff to meeting the needs of their patrons. If it isn't right, they make it so. They are available for suggestions if needed, open to requests to make a meal exactly suited to your needs and tastes and of paramount importance they treat you with respect and with friendly appreciation. I strongly recommend this location, the best of the best.

After several unsuccessful attempts to go onto the Old Chicago Survey website to do a survey I decided to just do a review here. We have been to this location several times and always get great service. The food is always well prepared and delivered hot. Brynn and Sarah have been our 2 most recent bartenders(we always sit at bar). They are both awesome and always greet us with smiles and always help me choose a new beer to try. Everyone at this location is always upbeat and friendly. Always a great experience at this location.

Friendly staff yummy food!! Something for everyone. Loved the Tuscany chicken pizza. I will definitely come back again when visiting my son.
