The staff was incredibly polite and friendly as well. I loved the vanilla Frosty-Krebs (a blend of coffee and vanilla frosty creamer) so much that I've been trying to come here daily for three weeks instead of going to Dunkin'!
I'm not sure what Wendy's is doing, but they're doing it well. Many fast food places in the area struggle with personalization, but not Wendy's. They operate openly and run their operations efficiently.
I absolutely love the cozy chairs and the fireplace. The food and service are both excellent, with plenty of staff on hand to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
The morning shift is great, but you never know what to expect during the night shift. You might end up with a regular chicken sandwich instead of an Asiago one. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant, and it doesn't even deserve a single star. As soon as I walked in, I felt judged and experienced strange looks, laughter, and even some rude comments. One of the female employees knew my sister and started cursing and causing a scene because she was there. As a result, the assistant manager kicked both of us out. I didn’t do anything wrong; I was just an innocent bystander who got thrown out and banned without reason. I wouldn't want to return even if I had the option. The management really needs to evaluate their staff and handle their employees better. It's very disappointing and disrespectful to see how people behave these days.
