Firehouse Subs - Richardson

This location is fantastic! The food and staff are great. Their delivery service is awesome as well. They were always on time.

Six identical sandwiches with one without cheese. WOW, if you can't read this Simple instruction, you should make license plates.

I absolutely love firehouse butttt, this location customer service terrible. I 've gone here on multiple occasions and I 'm never greeted. The first tree times I charged it to the game but todays experience will have be never going to the location again. I asked to simply sub Turkey for salami as I do every time I order a Italian sub. The lady at the register was mad rude and said it couldn 't be done. Confused, I told her I get it done all the time at other locations with no problem. Literally the day before I got it done at the Spring location and had no issue. She then states it couldn 't be done on the promotion. I asked what promotion because I wasn 't there for the promotion I just wanted Turkey instead of salami. I also explained I 'd pay whatever additional cost but like I said, never had this issue. Two other coworkers rudely said it couldn 't be done in the system .. yet I literally was in Spring,tx the day before and had no issue. Then she states they can add extra of what 's on there but not Turkey.. like what difference does adding Turkey vs extra of what 's on there. Countless times this locations customer service is dry and not welcoming. Will not be returning. I 'd rather drive an additional 30 min than deal with that. Basura

Great sub restaurant , especially if you want to take out . The subs are authentic material , from roast beef to turkey and the toppings. All delicious.

I got the Club on a Sub. The sub bread was nice and crisp. The meat was thinly sliced. The veggies looked fresh. Plenty of mayonnaise but I could taste the mustard too. Overall, it was an excellent sub!
