Salum - Dallas

Went for an early Valentine’s dinner. Starting and ending with the very nice Valet, the entire evening was great as always. The drinks were terrific, including the Pink Panther, the bread-delicious!-the appetizers, the soup, the salads, and the entrees- we had the marvelous swordfish,and the pork chop which was huge and delicious The server, Rachel, was once again the best-never leave! Thoroughly enjoyed the evening! What a local gem

Excellent service, Exceptional food. I had the Stroganoff, wife had the lamb chops. Simply delicious!

Had a nice dinner for Valentines Day. Started with fried green tomatoes followed by Caesar salad. Entrees were swordfish and rack of lamb. Service was attentive and professional. Ambiance was nice we were at a table near the kitchen so got to see all the action. Food was excellent tasteful but simply prepared with fresh ingredients. Finished with the bread pudding which was outstanding. I would eat here again and highly recommend.

Abraham Salum opened his restaurant quite a few years ago and it remains as consistently relevant today as when it opened. The room is both casual and elegant and the service is excellent. Mary has been with Salum for a number of years, is knowledgeable about both the food and the wines, and is simply the best. Abraham's chef abilities remain at the top of his profession and he continually reinvents his menu while maintaining the time-honored favorites. If you want consistency, top notch service, excellent food preparation, inventive menu options, and well-priced approachable wines, Salum should be on your go-to list of best dining options in Dallas.
