The Mercury - Dallas

It took a while until a server neigt us 10-15 min, but once it was very good.

Great atmosphere with excellent service. eating and drinks were top notch.

Service was immediately, then our waiter would disappear. it was just a little disappointing. I wasn't with the mercury in a few years. we were looking forward to our reservation. we were not impressed. elaborate and not really worth the price.

Busy Saturday night crowd; noise level that made it hard to converse. Server was somewhat pushy and wanted to pick up plates sooner than necessary. Steak tartare was good. Souffle was undercooked inside. Expected better overall at The Mercury since previous experiences were much nicer.

Ate at the sushi bar. Food was excellent. Room is small so if any party is loud it can be hard to hear your own table.
