Panda Express - Rexburg

The customer service here was incredibly disappointing. When I arrived, the front doors were locked even though the restaurant was open. I saw cooks hard at work, and there were two employees serving the drive-thru customers while completely ignoring the patrons standing right in front of them. Meanwhile, there was only one person trying to manage the entire in-person line, taking orders and handling payments. It wasn't a matter of being short-staffed, as there were about six employees gathered in a huddle, chatting and disregarding requests for assistance from their colleague.

The staff at this restaurant were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. However, I do have one question: how does a Chinese restaurant run out of rice, and why does it take an hour to prepare more? Despite this hiccup, I still enjoy Panda E, but it's important for others to be aware that these situations can occur.

Kierra made me feel welcome at the restaurant. Honestly, that’s all it takes guys. Just make us feel welcome and we will be happy customers. She was the embodiment of all of the good values that come with panda express. Thanks again.

This seems to be a new location but they are doing a great job in the food tastes great. I've been to a lot of pandas in a lot of different areas and these guys are doing a good job.

This location got a good manager. There was heavy foot traffic at closing hours before independence day and manager made sure food was prepared until the last minute.
