Food poisoning alert with no management to monitor ingredients going bad at this location. First off, I love bbq chicken and beer in several locations. I'm aware, they are a chain, it's not the same owner running every one of them. I also understand that depending on the cook that day, the food isn't consistent. What I cannot tolerate is when I receive an order spoiled and notifying them asap, no one in the store has the authority to take care of the situation. To next day no manager or the owner is present who can at least apologize or to give any explanations. I was told I would get a call from the manager or owner next morning (nothing). I called around noon to speak to the manager and still no one present to take any responsibility.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The price, too high. I respectfully believe that you guys would benefit from improving your prices since you have so many competitors and the pandemic isn't doing anyone any favors. But again, the food, sauces, spices, gracious quantities and quality are great! The cooks/staff prepare your meal at the time of order which is a great sign because you know they aren't simply reheating food that's just been sitting out waiting to be purchased and the chicken tastes fresh. So while there is a wait, the wait is 100% worth it. I can't afford to come here often, sincerely, but I definitely did like everything I ordered; Golden Original, Gang-Jeong and Honey Garlic Wings, Kimchi Rice and a side of fries.

There's a lot of Korean Fried chicken joints in the area and I've tried most of them, but this place is the most consistently delicious with the best lunch deals.

The food was amazing. The customer service was horrific. Order way ahead so your food is ready when they say it will be. Eye rolls and all from the young lady working. Be better!!

Excellent.I’ve lived in Korea when in the military and loved the fried chicken over there. This place does a great job of capturing that experience stateside.
