The Capital Grille - Fairfax

During restaurant week, everything was perfect. From the side dishes to the entrees, the service was excellent. I believe they have a new team in place. Great job, keep it up!

For our first course, I had the lobster bisque and my husband had the shrimp cocktail. We then shared a Burrata with heirloom tomatoes. For our main course, we both ordered the 10 oz. filet cooked medium rare. The steak was topped with butter, but mine was slightly dry while my husband's was moist. We also had Soy glazed Brussels sprouts with bacon lardons as a side dish. Despite being full, our server surprised us with a birthday dessert - Capitol Grille cheesecake and flourless chocolate espresso cake. Overall, it was a splurge of a meal but worth it. We may consider returning in the future.

I am thrilled that there is now a location in Fairfax! The steaks are perfection, the service is top-notch, and the variety of sides is impressive. I appreciate that they allow us to bring our own wine for a reasonable corkage fee. The private spaces are a great feature as well.

This restaurant is a delightful oasis with attentive waitstaff, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. I always have a great time here. The Capital Grille is conveniently located with easy parking right next to the restaurant, just steps away from the front door. I rate the service as excellent and the food a 5 out of 5.

I visited this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all very friendly, especially Megan who was attentive and kind. Breanna was also extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring my comfort. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
